The Normandy High School Track & Field Project
The morning of the track renovation at Normandy High School, the general contractor called us in a panic. The existing sanitary facilities were a half-mile walk from the active work zone, and the March mud was ankle-deep. Crews were losing over an hour a day just getting to and from a functional restroom, putting the tight spring completion date in serious jeopardy before a single new lane was laid.
We had two of our high-volume, wheelchair-accessible units delivered and serviced on-site within two hours. We positioned them right at the construction gate on a stabilized gravel pad we laid down to beat the mud. For the entire three-month project, our weekly service kept them clean and stocked, no matter the weather. The crew stayed on-site and productive, hitting every milestone right on schedule for the first home meet.
Having those units right where we worked saved us countless man-hours and kept morale high.
